New Work- In the Mountains

One of my favorite things to do on a plane is take pictures through the window.  There's something really peaceful and abstract about images taken of the earth down below.

Here are some of my favorites:





Inspired by some of these images, I created In the Mountains, a new print available in the shop!

  4. I like those pictures! I didn't think you could take photos from the air... Something to do with the electrical devices rule... I shall have to investigate for my future trips!

  8. I'm apparently a frequent law-breaker because I always take pix out of plane windows. My favorites are a set I took in Brazil when leaving the Iguasu Fallas area--you could see the falls' overspray/mist/what on earth is it actually called? from the air. Magnificient.

    And I love that you took inspiration to create that awesome print!!
